IS THERE ANYBODY OUT THERE?
Looking Beyond the "little god of self"
Since the first breath, the world has shown itself not to be a place for or about God. He intervened by sending His living ‘Spirit of Truth’ through His Son, Christ Jesus, to reclaim in His name and by His grace those with enough love in their hearts to turn away from evil and corruption.
Jesus Christ came in the name of God to demonstrate that forgiveness has the power to stop humanity from continuing down a path of destruction, which is rooted in the hearts of men.
Like the archangel Satan, humans aspire to become like gods. Consequently, we seek various methods to uncover the “little god of self” within us. This sense of self is bolstered by the ego and fueled by the libido. Every day, humanity looks for ways to question God’s love and concern for His obedient and understanding children.
And still, we resist, prioritizing selfishness over selflessness. The blend of "the ways of men" and "the ways of the world" leads to spiritual separation. Yet, some continue to resist, seeking and searching for a purpose grounded in truth. The Lord, therefore, freely gives us emotions to help communicate our feelings, aiming to overcome or at least compromise our resistance to His ever-present presence.
The Lord God calls to each of us. Some hear, some respond. Most ignore. For many, their days are consumed with self, rooted in the ever-constant question: “What’s in it for me?” In every situation, circumstance, event, or personal interaction, this is the guiding principle that ties many to the world and its ways.
‘Behind the veil’ of our mental mortality is a secret we already know of. We innately know the ‘how’ because each is born into this world as a spirit of origination, eternally connected to God as spirit.
And yet most are frightened of change. Change threatens old patterns of behavior and response.
The elements and actions we think we know.
At its core, change reveals growth for those willing to risk and venture into the vortex of adventure, where the three-stage journey that began now continues. A three-stage or three-legged journey back to universal consciousness.
We fail to understand because we choose not to. If we truly did, we would need to question why we refuse to respond morally and ethically to the people, events, circumstances, and relationships we encounter daily.
No matter what you do or achieve, God desires for you to succeed because He wants what is best for you. His parental love means He always has your best interests at heart.
